1. Our Services

We provide personalized athletic training, massage therapy, and wellness coaching, offered in-person or remotely. Service options include:

• 1-on-1 sessions

• Small group sessions

• Remote/virtual sessions

2. Booking & Payment

• Sessions must be booked in advance through our website.

• Payment is due at the time of booking.

• We accept all major credit/debit cards via Square and cash.

• All prices are pre-Hawaii sales tax.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Please cancel at least 48 hours before your session.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a full session fee.

• Refunds are issued at our discretion, except where required by law.

4. Health & Safety

• Clients must share any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before sessions.

• Our services are not a substitute for medical care. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical concerns.

5. Liability

• Participation is at your own risk.

• We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from sessions.

• Clients are responsible for safely following instructions and using equipment properly.

6. Remote Session Guidelines

• Remote sessions rely on accurate self-reporting and safe home setups.

• We are not liable for injuries caused by improper setup or failure to follow guidance.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, videos, and resources are for personal use only.

• Sharing or distributing content without permission is prohibited.

8. Modifications

• We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here.
